Angela & Alexandre
Alexandre, was born and grown up in the south of France.
While he worked as an engineer, he had the chance to travel all around the world.His friendly smile and helpful personality, are always appreciated by our customers.
Angela, Alexandre’s wife, was born in Paris. From her singapourian father and her Spanish mother, she was raised in a multicultural environement. Since she was a child, Angela has been attracted to arts and design. That's why she did communication and design studies. With the Café Gourmet she uses her marketing and communication skills as well as she enjoy cooking French pastries, one of her passion.
Angela and Alexandre are, as in life, together in the kitchen, baking and cooking with love receipes from their native country.
We met ten years ago in a restaurant. The beginning of our love story already started around our common culinary interests!
Our son, Marcus, was born in 2013. Then we decided for him, for our family, to realise our dream. Open our own restaurant
Because we both love the United States and because our boldness have no limits, we crossed the borders and choose Savannah for our new land of welcome.
Sharing our passion, we want to offer a beautiful and delicious piece of France with our authentic receipes and our homemade products.
For us, the Café Gourmet is the beginning of a new life, and for sure, a great adventure!
